This copy of Book the Third, Containing Twelve Anthems and Twelve Psalm Tunes, by John Smith of Market Lavington is held by the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society (WANHS) at the Library, Wiltshire Museum, Devizes, UK. It is the third of three works by Smith bound together into a single volume, in which is preceded by copies of his A Set of Services, Anthems & Psalm Tunes [1746] and his Book the Second, Containing Twelve Anthems and Twelve Psalm Tunes [1751].

Photographs of the volume were taken during a project to conserve and rebind it, in 2015, part-funded by a grant from the West Gallery Music Association (WGMA).
